Job Title: Cell Therapy Specialist (Production Operator)

About The Company:
We are currently working with a Global Biotechnology client who are looking for a motivated Cell Therapy Specialist to join their team, where you''ll contribute to the manufacturing of cutting-edge therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support Team (PST):
- Perform apheresis accession and transfer to manufacturing.
- Prepare growth media and support material decontamination in cleanroom areas.
- Review batch documentation, perform visual inspections, and assist in cryopreservation and sample management.
Production Team (PT):
- Execute GMP runs for clinical/commercial products in A and B grade areas, following batch records and SOPs.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot, revise batch records/SOPs, and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain a cleanroom environment and ensure high-quality output.
Additional Information:
- Shift work required (morning, evening, and weekends).
Ideal Candidate:
- MLO/MBO/HBO in Life Sciences
- Clean room experience
- Quality Control background
- cGMP experience in a pharma/biotech environment required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills
