Are you ready for your next Marketing Automation adventure?
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant with relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Within the Data Intelligence team, the MA candidate will:
- gather business requirements, both from a marketing and a technical point of view
- convert the requirements into the best solutions to be presented to the client
- set up marketing automation platforms
- design the CJ multichannel campaigns flow (channels: emails, SMS, PN, adv campaigns...) and implement them on the assigned platform
- create reports and analyse results to define actionable insights
- interact with several stakeholders, both internal and external, in leading the marketing automation stream;
- conduct user training both in Italian and in English
- propose always new and advanced features to scale the assigned projects and overcome the business results
Required Skills
- At least 2 years experience working hands-on in Marketing Automation implementations: from platform setup to CJ campaigns flow definition and reporting
- Experience in working with Recommendation Engines and real-time personalization
- Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics
- Proactive, always keen to learn, well organized, autonomous but able to work in big multidisciplinary teams;
- Able to Communicate project concepts and outcomes to our stakeholders
- Bachelor''s Degree/Master''s Degree
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRMs
- Experience with advanced marketing automation flows
- If specialized in SMC: Experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio and Einstein
- Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
