Position:
We are looking for a Application Service Specialist for our Headquarters in Novazzano, Switzerland.
The Application Service Specialist is responsible for technical support (hotline) for our products to direct clients and distributors, as well as on-site activities such as support, maintenance, installations, upgrades, add-ons, and trainings (internal/external).
As part of the Inpeco Customer Success Team, you will travel globally to support key clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2) and Italian
- Availability to travel 70-80% of the time, possibly one month at a time
- Resilience to stressful situations
- Good knowledge of Linux and MySQL
- Knowledge of Virtualization tools
- Basic Networking skills
- Hardware skills
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with laboratory automation and instruments
- Customer service and telephone support experience
- Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Korean, Portuguese)
