Technical Release Manager 12 + Months Amersfoort

Are you an experienced Technical Release Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and network environments? Join a critical environment where you''ll play a key role in shaping the future of communication networks.

This 12-month (Up to 3 year) contract offers you the opportunity to be part of a pivotal renovation program within the division. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and ensuring the quality of technical deliverables across secure command-and-control network infrastructures for the client and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the content of validated deliverables such as releases, patches, service releases, and hotfixes.
• Plan and coordinate technical releases in collaboration with Product Owners (POs).
• Oversee the full Development, Testing, Acceptance, and Production (DTAP) cycle, ensuring quality control at every stage.
• Challenge teams on deliverable composition and feasibility using your technical infrastructure expertise.
• Coordinate and delegate production activities across product and enabling teams.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, delays, or quality concerns.
• Continuously improve technical production processes to enhance delivery reliability and performance.

Key Skills:

• Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and network environments.
• Strong release management experience in highly classified, critical, or highly regulated domains.
• Ability to work independently, challenge teams constructively, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and escalation management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch
