We are looking for a passionate software engineer with hands-on experience building resilient microservice architectures. You will be part of our team in Poznan to implement scalable partner integrations into our internal travel tech platform.

What you bring:
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing software with Java.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Proven track record building microservices, preferably with modern Java frameworks like Micronaut or Quarkus.
- Practical experience working with distributed systems, such as microservice architectures and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong commitment to clean code principles, like Object-Oriented Design, Unit and Integration Testing.
- Comfortable in agile environments with high degrees of autonomy and an interest to learn.
- Collaborative mindset: able to give and receive constructive feedback
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with other JVM languages like Scala.
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience in performance optimizations of code.
