L2 Desktop Support Engineer to support our ongoing IT operations. This role is essential to ensure smooth end-user support, incident resolution, and hardware/software troubleshooting at an advanced level.
Could you please assist in identifying a suitable candidate for this position? Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- 24 years of relevant experience in desktop support
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, hardware, software, printers, network connectivity)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Local Language is Mandatory (France and English).
- Budget : 2800 to 3000 Euro Gross Per Month
