MONCLER is looking for Client Advisors (Full Time & Part Time) to complete the team in our Boutique in Padua.Responsibilities and tasks:Ensure a unique client experience, creating long-lasting relationships by guiding clients through the brands values and heritage, and managing all phases of the selling process, after-sales, and clienteling activities.Achieve excellent sales performance and meet individual and team targets.Maintain the Companys Visual standards in-store, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team, and managing stock and replenishment.Participate actively in inventory preparations and executions.Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, conveying energy and motivation, and being a reliable partner.Requirements:Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail companies is a plus.Passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset.Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.Willingness to grow within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.#J-18808-Ljbffr
