The candidate will refer to the EU Digital, Coal & Steal Research & Innovation Unit and will have strong interactions with other homologous functions across different Business Lines in RINA. Her/his main role will be the coordination of research project proposals preparation, including:The creation of project concepts and the definition of strategic objectivesImpact assessment and strategic positioning of innovationWorkplan definition and GANTT Chart preparationRisk analysisStrategic definition of consortiaBudgeting and proposal writingThe selected candidate will join a young and dynamic environment, where R&D&I projects align with the company''s industrial objectives. Activities are fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and challenging, emphasizing team collaboration, progress monitoring, and quality control as key enablers.We are looking for a person with 3-5 years of experience from a university degree in a scientific or technological field, with prior experience in proposal preparation and/or participation in research-funded projects (HORIZON, RFCS, EDF, national/regional). A scientific degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering (Aeronautical, Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Electronic) or Management Engineering, is mandatory. A PhD will be considered a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and fluency in English (written and spoken) are required. Availability to travel within Europe for short- to mid-term assignments is expected. A technical background in digital technologies is requested, with expertise in HORIZON, RFCS, EDF, and regional R&D projects being advantageous, especially in sectors like IT, Digital transition, AI, Robotics, Data management, and New product/process development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
