Senior Workday Time Tracking & Absence Configuration Analyst, NovaraThis global organisation undergoing a multi-phase HR transformation and Greenfield Workday implementation is seeking a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant to join their expanding HRIS team.This is a fully remote, permanent role based in Italy or Spain. You will lead the configuration and optimisation of the Time Tracking & Absence modules, working closely with internal stakeholders and the implementation partner.Location: Remote (Italy or Spain)Contract: PermanentAbout the Role:This hands-on role involves actively configuring Workday, shaping business processes, and ensuring a successful rollout of Time Tracking & Absence functionalities within a broader transformation program.Key Responsibilities:Act as the functional and configuration lead for Workday Time Tracking & AbsenceDesign, configure, and test business processes collaboratively with Workday consultants and internal teamsTranslate business needs into scalable Workday configurationsExecute core configuration tasks (eligibility rules, time codes, accruals, etc.)Support integration with time clocks, payroll, and third-party toolsLead SIT, UAT, and parallel testingCreate training documentation and conduct user trainingProvide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teamsRequirements:45+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (Time Tracking & Absence)Workday implementation experience (in-house or consulting)Strong understanding of HR, time, and absence business processes and complianceAbility to work independently on complex configurationsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, global environmentProactive, detail-oriented, and results-drivenInterested in this opportunity?
