The global merger of numerous companies offers vast opportunities for growth, learning, and sharing expertise across the organization.About Your Future RoleReporting to the Head of Group SME Proposition within MS SME Marketing, you will work seamlessly across Nexis businesses and regions to deliver high-impact projects, govern stakeholders, and support strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include:Assessing and evolving the SME value proposition, supporting local markets to improve customer value aligned with Nexis strategic goals.Understanding SME customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research, customer interviews, and data analysis across different verticals.Designing and optimizing channel strategies by analyzing and defining the roles of various sales channels to maximize reach and profitability, while monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities.Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure a unified vision and consistent execution of SME propositions across markets.What Makes You a Great FitWe value individuals eager to make a difference.
