We are seeking a seasoned EAA Compliance Expert / BA to lead the assessment and enhancement of digital investment product flows within the retail banking industry. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring digital investment platforms align with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and meet EU compliance standards. The job requires full autonomy and can be worked 100% remote . Responsibilities : Accessibility Assessment: Independently analyze current digital investment flows to identify gaps and inconsistencies in accessibility compliance. Documentation and Reporting: Log all bugs, incoherences, and areas requiring improvement. Prepare detailed documentation outlining steps needed to achieve EAA compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure the resolution of identified issues and propose solutions that align with EAA standards. Compliance Expertise: Provide guidance on accessibility requirements, ensuring that updated flows meet regulatory standards and customer needs. Testing and Validation: Support IT teams with testing and validation of fixes as an added advantage. Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth execution of compliance improvements. Qualifications : Demonstrated expertise in the European Accessibility Act (EAA), particularly in the context of digital platforms. Strong analytical skills with proven experience assessing and mapping business processes for accessibility compliance. Senior-level experience to operate autonomously and independently drive project execution. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with banking and digital investment products is highly desirable. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (business and IT) to deliver solutions. Knowledge of accessibility standards and frameworks such as EN 301 549 is a plus.
