Exciting opportunity for an experience Business Development professional to join a leading quantum computing company developing quantum and quantum-inspired solutions to optimize decision-making and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product sales activities for new and renewal business to meet or exceed revenue objectives for products and services.
- Collaborate with field and enterprise sales teams, as well as channel partners, to develop and execute strategies that align with overall account plans and drive revenue growth.
- Contribute effectively at all stages of the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain strong communication with sales and technical teams, sharing updates on product capabilities, success stories, and winning strategies.
- Build and nurture business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new opportunities for the organizations products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events, shows, and conventions.
- Deliver advanced solution presentations tailored to customer needs, positioning the companys products and services as superior to competitive offerings.
- Coordinate technical support for demos, proofs of concept (PoCs), evaluations, training, and more.
- Develop clear and compelling written proposals, quotations, and value propositions in collaboration with team members.
- Provide client feedback to product development and marketing teams to influence future offerings and strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Science or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a strong track record in selling engineering or technology applications.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functional teams (e.g., Development, Marketing, Product Management).
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with teams across multiple global locations.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to identify appropriate customer solutions.
- Native proficiency in French and fluency in English is a must.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A combination of a degree in Science/Engineering and an MBA.
This role will be a hybrid role based in Paris, with regular travel required.
