The role involves leading and developing the regions and potentially other European countries. The successful candidate will join a growing and dynamic team and will be responsible for continued sales growth in the region. They will leverage their existing network of consultants, systems integrators, and technology partners to seek out, qualify, and close new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of public and private sector opportunities.A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in relevant marketsExcellent Italian and English language skills a mustFrench and Spanish language skills an advantageProven track record of selling complex video surveillance and security software solutions, ideally video analyticsSolution selling experience is an important advantageThorough understanding of the latest technology, market trends, and customer needs in the surveillance arenaStrong contacts with local system integrators, consultants, and technology partnersHunter sales mindset with the ability to identify, nurture, and close large enterprise-level businessExperience selling into Law Enforcement and Public Safety sectors an advantageExperience selling into Retail, Transportation, Education, etc. an advantageExperience working with companies like Axis, Milestone, Genetec an advantageExperience working in small entities within an internationally managed team an advantageExperience with reporting platforms like Salesforce an advantageKnowledge of other modern work management appsProficiency in MS Office suite a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
