You will be responsible fordeveloping and growing sales of feed supplements, bypass fats, andvegetable oils to feed mills, premix manufacturers, and farms inItaly. As part of a dynamic team with strong growth ambitions,youll manage your client portfolio and play a key role inexpanding GARs presence in the animal feed sector. Success in thisrole requires a strong understanding of customer nutritional needsand continuous development of technical expertise. Your marketinsights will help shape our product offerings alongside ourtechnical team. We seek someone with a commercial mindset,result-driven, and able to work independently. You are organized,detail-oriented, and open-mindedcomfortable in internationalsettings and committed to teamwork and knowledge sharing. KeyResponsibilities - Drive sales growth of feed supplements to feedmills - Expand our customer base among premix manufacturers andfarms across Italy - Build and maintain strong, long-term clientrelationships - Share daily pricing updates and work to increaseour market footprint - Ensure GAR''s presence at key industry fairsand events - Support marketing efforts to strengthen GARsvisibility in the Italian market - Manage and report trading riskseffectively - Oversee logistics and delivery follow-ups -Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely, complete deliveries -Share market intelligence and best practices with commercial andtechnical teams - Propose and implement commercial strategies andinitiatives - Coordinate contract terms, verify payments, andhandle claims with counterparties - Provide support foradministrative tasks, contracts, and operations Requirements -Bachelor''s degree level, preferably in life sciences, economics, orbusiness - A degree in Animal production and nutrition, Veterinarymedicine, Agricultural engineerin,g or equivalent is valued - 3+years of experience in sales of nutritional products in the animalfeed industry, preferably working with feed additives in theruminants and/or monogastric segment - Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice - Willing to travel (30-50% of your time will be withcustomers) - Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken - Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken We Offer - An entrepreneurial andinternational environment where developing opportunities for growthis valued - Local and global training & developmentopportunities - Company outings! - Meal vouchers - Medical Plan -Life Insurance - Public transportation costs are fully reimbursed!Please note that we often incorporate an assessment and referencechecks in our selection procedures.
