Account Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain (preferred) | Hybrid work from home with occasional travel to Deurne, NL | Access to Barcelona office

We are seeking a skilled and commercially driven Account Manager to oversee and develop key client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer corporate strategies and relevant market trends.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets through pricing strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and manage annual European sales budgets for your accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with growth strategy
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- 57 years of experience in international account management, preferably within FMCG
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Flexible working style, with access to our Barcelona office and occasional presence in Deurne, NL
