The Head of Womens Soccer will own and lead thestrategy of Krause Group womens soccer program, advancing itsgrowth, visibility, sustainability and reputation. KeyResponsibilities - Strategic Leadership & Vision: Lead thelong-term strategy for womens soccer across the group, aligningwith the overall sporting and commercial vision. Ensure the womensgame is positioned as a core pillar of the organizations identityand future. - Soccer Strategy & Operations Leadership: Lead thesoccer strategy and operational execution across the groupswomens clubs. Ensure alignment with the overarching sportingphilosophy, drive excellence in sporting structures, and overseethe effective integration of coaching, performance, and talentpathways. Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders inNWSL, Serie A, Italian federations, USL, and European soccerorganizations collaborating with KG. - Brand & Visibility:Elevate the profile of the womens teams and athletes through boldbrand positioning, media partnerships, storytelling, and communityengagement. Champion equality of visibility, voice, and experience.Deliver CSR initiatives that amplify Krause Group Soccersinfluence within the local communities and across the globe. -Commercial Growth & Revenue Development: Design and deliver acommercial plan - tailored to the womens game. Build new revenuestreams through sponsorship, ticketing, merchandising, mediarights, and fan experiences specific to womens soccer. - ClubOperations & Performance Infrastructure: Oversee theoperational performance of womens teams, ensuring world-classsupport structures, staffing, and facilities. Work closely withsoccer and performance leaders to ensure alignment in philosophyand standards. Foster a professional structure and culture toposition Parma among Italys top five womens soccer clubs. -Acquisition & Expansion: Support the identification ofstrategic opportunities to acquire or partner with womens soccerclubs globally. Assess alignment, lead integration planning, andensure successful onboarding into the group ecosystem. -Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy: Be an influential voice inthe womens soccer landscape. Develop strong relationships withfederations, leagues, sponsors, media, and the wider soccercommunity to advocate for systemic growth, - Cross-GroupCollaboration: Ensure the womens soccer strategy is integratedacross all departmentsperformance, brand, finance, and operations.Promote shared learning, group-wide activation, and resourcealignment to maximize collective impact. - Leadership &Culture: Inspire and lead a team committed to the growth of thewomens game. Promote a culture of ambition, excellence, andpurpose across all levels of the womens soccer operation.Qualifications - Proven experience in sports management, 5+ yearsin a leadership role preferred. - Strong understanding of thewomens soccer landscape globally. - Comprehensive understanding ofsoccer operations, including youth development and eliteperformance. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholderrelationships with federations and ownership groups. - Passion forwomens empowerment, youth development, and sports equity. -Excellent communication, fundraising, and stakeholder engagementskills. - Financial acumen and experience with budgeting andstrategic planning. - Fluency in Italian preferred and Englishrequired. - Relevant experience in the top leagues for women''ssoccer in the world, with preferred experience in USA, Italy,England, France and Spain.
