Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will provide second-level support by resolving customer issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Hematology and Urine analysis systems. Your role involves driving service targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our applications team by verifying operational performance and data quality of diagnostic systems.You will operate independently within Italian territory and across Europe as needed, including overnight travel, to install, maintain, and support diagnostic instrumentation in hospital and laboratory environments.
