Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.*Note: The completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into Vantive remains subject to customary conditions.SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Marketing Manager responsible for driving marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece), as well as implementing new digital channels.This role will work closely within the Southern Cluster structure alongside other stakeholders such as Medical/Clinical, Finance, Training & Education, Communication Excellence, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Digital Marketing, GPR, and the Renal EMEA team to ensure the regional team has clear direction and effective traditional and digital tools for engaging healthcare professionals and payers in a virtual setting. Regional Marketing will also partner with countries to enable commercial excellence for profitable sales growth.Travel is expected up to 30% of the time.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Serve as the primary Southern cluster contact point for marketing in Europe.Establish and lead regional strategy and business focus areas, ensuring alignment with country strategies and priorities.Manage launch readiness, effectiveness, and compliance; identify root causes of gaps and implement improvements.Analyze business performance and recommend enhancements or corrective actions.Lead cluster-wide activities such as campaigns, congresses, peer-to-peer engagements, and market development, sharing successes across markets.Represent cluster needs, voice of customer, and market intelligence to GBU and regional stakeholders.Coordinate with Kidney EMEA team and countries, liaising across functions like Commercial Excellence, Finance, Regulatory, Market Access, Medical, Supply Chain, and Training.Contribute to Target Product Profiles and financial business case processes.Provide data insights and recommendations for product expansion and portfolio optimization.Support quality growth of revenue generators, focusing on remote selling, product penetration, and new product launches leveraging digital formats.Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with customer lifecycle and messaging.Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach and increase conversions.Guide countries in developing annual commercial plans aligned with regional segmentation.Build relationships with key opinion leaders for insights on segmentation and positioning.Share product, technical, and competitive knowledge to enhance team effectiveness.Ensure adherence to pricing strategies.WHAT YOULL BRING:Extensive marketing and commercial experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industry; familiarity with Nephrology is advantageous.University degree; Masters, PhD, or MBA preferred. Proven success in driving new product sales.Experience in strategic planning and business development is helpful.Training and experience in Digital Marketing with a track record of performance.Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking with execution capability.Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills; critical thinking and project management skills across cultures.Proven ability to operate successfully in matrix, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams.Ability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, and knowledge in Market Research, Segmentation, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Pricing, Decision Analytics, and Strategic Planning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
