Social Trading: As the Director of Operations at Bitget, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Bitget, ensuring that the platform operates efficiently and in compliance. Provide operational advice and decision support to help company management optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency and enhance profitability. Team Management and Development Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs for the operations team to ensure employee motivation and morale. Risk Management and Compliance Data Analysis and Reporting Regularly analyze operation data, identify trends, problems and opportunities in operation, and provide data support for decision-making. Report operational progress to senior management and make optimization recommendations to improve overall business performance. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related fields. Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain or financial industry is preferred. At least 5-7 years of operation management experience, of which at least 3 years with team management experience. Familiar with decentralized exchanges (DEX) and platform operation management, cross-border e-commerce or globalization platform experience is preferred. Team Management and Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to improve team execution and cooperation. Data Analytics: Ability to drive decision making through data analytics and make recommendations to optimize operational processes. Risk Management and Compliance Awareness: Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with international teams. High level of work self-discipline and stress management skills with the ability to remain productive in a multi-tasking environment.
