As a key member of our IT Service Desk team, youll be the first point of contact for users across multiple European locations. Your mission? Deliver exceptional technical support, resolve incidents with precision, and help ensure smooth business operations every day.
What Youll Do
- Be the trusted expert for ICT-related issues across our operating companies and subsidiaries.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and business-critical applications.
- Take full ownership of incidentsfrom first contact to resolutionescalating when necessary.
- Log and manage tickets using our service management platform.
- Collaborate closely with Field Services and higher-tier support teams.
- Share your knowledge by contributing to our internal knowledge base and suggesting service enhancements.
What You Bring
- Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Solid experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (certification is a plus).
- Basic understanding of tools like PRTG, SCCM, WSUS, antivirus, and encryption solutions.
- A curious, analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and continuous learning.
- Experience working in an international corporate environment.
