Structural Engineer | Shape Tomorrows Ships and Floating Structures

As a Structural Engineer, youll be involved in both conceptual and detailed design phases, working on technically complex structures that push your creativity and problem-solving skills to the next level.
What youll do:
- Deliver accurate and innovative structural designs for maritime projects;
- Perform calculations and verifications, and support FEA activities (experience with Ansys is a plus);
- Collaborate closely with project managers, fellow engineers, and stakeholders;
- Work in a dynamic team on projects ranging from floating units to complete vessel structures;
- Assist in planning, quality checks, and technical documentation;
- Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.
What you bring:
- A Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Marine Technology or equivalent;
- Around 35 years of relevant structural engineering experience;
- A pragmatic, structured, and accurate mindset;
- Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus);
- Stakeholder management skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude;
- Living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
