Aboutthe Role As Head of People, youll lead the HR vision for afast-growing, fully remote team of freelancers who share a passionfor sport & health. Youll focus on building smart processes,improving collaboration, and supporting a vibrant, internationalteam dynamic. This is a freelance role, open to candidates basedanywhere in Europe. You must be a native French speaker and Fluentin English (spoken and written). What youll do - Attract &Retain: Refine how we recruit and engage talent. Support managersin making thoughtful hiring decisions, and leverage skill mappingto create smoother onboarding and meaningful collaborations. -Audit & Optimize: Step back and assess the current setupthrough job mapping and gap analysis. - Build & Streamline:Contribute to the evolution of our HR processes, including thepotential finalization and implementation of a new HRIS to bettersupport our growing freelance team. - Unite & Energize: Fosterstrong working relationships across teams, support smoothcommunication, and help create a dynamic environment where peoplepassionate about fitness and well-being can thrive together. Youare - Experienced, with at least 5 years in HR - A native Frenchspeaker with excellent communication skills. - Fluent in English,comfortable working in an international context. - A freelancerwith a collaborative mindset and remote work experience.
