A client of mine based in Spain is currently looking for a Structural Compliance Verification Engineer to join them on a contract basis for current and future work packages.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years experience in structural and FEM analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue and damage tolerance)
- Experience with Catia V5 and Hyperworks (or FEM equivalent FEM software)
- English Speaking Skills
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge in EASA Part 21J and certification basis would be beneficial
- Spanish speaking skills are good to have
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and compliance verification for metallic and composite aircraft structures, covering static, dynamic, fatigue, and damage tolerance
- Develop and validate FEM models using Hyperworks (or equivalent) and support results with analytical hand calculations
- Prepare compliance documentation and stress reports in line with EASA Part 21J requirements
- Collaborate with design teams to provide structural input and propose design improvements
- Review and approve structural drawings and technical documents for certification compliance
- Support technical reviews and liaise with CVEs and authorities as needed
- Manage analysis work packages, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
