We are looking for a Junior Operations Officer to join our team of consultants ready to take on the challenges of our clients!
Responsibilities
File Management:
- Process and validate leasing/renting requests from B2B partners.
- Ensure all submitted files meet the required standards.
Administrative Support:
- Encode and update partner data accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation for internal records.
Partner Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for partners.
- Provide clear and timely responses to inquiries.
Compliance and Coordination:
- Ensure deadlines and internal procedures are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor or Master degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Familiar with various IT Tools.
- Front-end and Back-end experience.
- Fluent in Dutch & French
- Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
Soft Skills
- Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Stress resistant and flexible
- Problem-solver
- Accuracy and precision, quality-minded
What you can expect

- Permanent contract - full time (40h/week)
