NPI Project Manager 100% (m/f)
Your Role
- Lead New Product Introduction projects with R&D, Quality, Operations, and our customers, ensuring completion within the specified goals, timeline, quality requirements, and budget.
- Identify risks and opportunities during the project and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and requirements are understood and met.
- Coordinate the project team and ensure effective collaboration among all team members.
- Report on project progress, adherence to schedules, quality compliance, and supply chain readiness.
- Develop validations and qualifications together with Quality Assurance in compliance with relevant medical regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, 21 CFR part 820, MDR).
- Support R&D and operations with technical questions and clarify issues with customers.
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Project Management in a quality-regulated environment, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics technology.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading R&D projects in the MedTech sector.
- Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and French; German is a strong plus.
We offer 6 weeks of vacation per year! This position can be based at Muntelier or Yverdon-les-Bains.
