We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead and develop our product marketing strategies at AUO Display Plus EMEA.
This role involves overseeing product positioning, market penetration strategies, and working closely with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Work under the direction of the VP Business Development EMEA to lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy, including product positioning, messaging, differentiation, and go-to-market (GTM) planning.
- Drive product launches for new and existing product lines, collaborating with crossfunctional teams on sales enablement, training materials, and internal/external communications
- Own the development of product collateral, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and other resources that support sales and marketing efforts
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product positioning and future product roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop pricing strategies and create targeted communication campaigns that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Develop detailed profiles of key competitors, assessing their strengths, weaknesses, market positioning, and product offerings
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging market demands to identify opportunities and threats
- Analyse data to segment the market based on demographics, psychographics, and behavioural characteristics, enabling marketing to develop targeted strategies
- Assess AUO Display Plus EMEA revenue data to identify patterns, product performance, and areas for improvement across the product portfolio.
- Partner with our customer success team to gather feedback for continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the product team to ensure all product collateral and messaging remains accurate.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in product marketing, preferably within the retail display or audio-visual hardware and software industries.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, customer and product segmentation, as well as product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead successful product introductions and marketing communication campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in marketing productivity and analytics tools and CRM software
- Additional language skills to English business proficiency of either German and/or French are a big plus.
