Are you an expert in Quality Management?

But what will your role be?
- Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on Non-Conformities
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
- Testing systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and creating quality and safety documentation
- Identifying technical issues and proactively recommending solutions thatll improve product durability and overall performance
- Monitoring the quality performances of the Suppliers, auditing the Suppliers
- Set and track quality assurance goals
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance function to ensure legal compliance
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
- Perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
- Inspect product materials and systems for defects and durability
- Prepare reports on defects, malfunctions, product non-conformities and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
- Manage the product non-conformities
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, product non-conformities, fixes and improvements
What we are looking for in you:
- Graduation in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer and Quality Auditor
- Fluent in English
