We learn every day by comparingpoints of view, developing new skills and changing the environment.MediTech Access is looking for a Senior Consultant / Projekt Lead(m/f) Market Access Under the responsibility of the General Managerand President: 1. Driving the global market access strategy(pricing, reimbursement and other hurddles) for a range of Healthtechnologies / medical devices, from PoC (Proof of Concept) andthroughout the product lifecycle 2. Systematizing, planning andexecuting market access strategies for clients 3. Support theGeneral Manager with the management of the Market Access team (5people + 1-2 trainees) 4. Representing the Pricing and MarketAccess Unit in the project teams Duties and Responsibilities -Partner with the country General Manager to define the strategy -Engage as much as possible with local payers and local healthauthorities and attend negotiations as needed - Provide regularupdate on all P&R advances/news/regulations in the Europeancountries - Support strategic access planning for P&R dossier -Plan and execute local evidence generation - Ensure and managenational stakeholders mapping - Contribute positively to a strongculture of business integrity and ethics - Act within complianceand legal requirements as well as within company guidelines. Profil- Doctor of medicine/pharmacy/science/pharmaco-economics or otheradequate education/training - Display excellent business Englishskills - Senior position: minimum three to five years'' experiencein market access, health economics and reimbursement in thepharmaceutical industry, an HTA organization or as a consultant -Preferably, prior experience in achieving positive HTA outcomesand/or experience in direct negotiation with local healthauthorities, reimbursement agencies, hospital administrators andhealth care insurance companies - An international culture is amust - Thorough understanding of the payors/HTA environment andchanges throughout the regions/countries as well as trends inPricing & Reimbursement. - Ability to work with and lead amultidisciplinary and multicultural team in a matrix environment -A high level of autonomy is essential - Open minded - Have stronginfluencing/negotiation skills and able to work at peer-level withexperienced technical and commercial experts in other departments -Strong project management skills and good understanding ofprocesses - Excellent analysis skills and ability to identify payerinsights and viable strategic options - Ability to adopt a globalvision, "crystallize" the key issues and make them operative -Strong creativity MediTech Access also offers - A supportive andcollaborative working environment to make your day-to-day workenjoyable - The opportunity to develop your versatility on a dailybasis through a variety of assignments - Training throughout yourcareer to help you continuously develop - A hybrid working model tomake your day-to-day life easier (3 days of remote working perweek) - An attractive remuneration package (fixed, variable, etc.)- And development prospects recognised by our employees Join us fora career rich in meaning and varied opportunities!
