SunMind , which grew out of an intrapreneurship project and is now a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, has the mission of decarbonising VINCI Concessions'' 90 mobility infrastructures and becoming a benchmark player in photovoltaic energy production, battery storage and wind projects worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager (F/M) to lead the procurement strategy for our utility-scale solar PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and wind projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of at least two main technologies: solar PV modules and BESS, and a proven track record in negotiating EPC and O&M contracts. The Senior Procurement Manager (F/M) will also be responsible for structuring and managing competitive RFP processes, assessing CAPEX and OPEX during project bids, and developing strategic partnerships with industrial stakeholders. Negotiation of EPC and O&M Contracts Lead the negotiation of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, focusing on cost control, performance guarantees, timelines, and liquidated damages. Ensure that both EPC and O&M contracts align with the strategic objectives and financial models of each project. Lead the development and management of comprehensive RFPs for EPC, O&M contractors, and major equipment suppliers. Analyze bids, evaluate contractor qualifications, and lead the selection process in coordination with cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A masters degree or certification in procurement (CIPS or equivalent) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or contract negotiation in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar PV and BESS projects. Contract Management: Proven experience in negotiating EPC and O&M contracts for largescale renewable energy projects. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners in the solar energy sector.
