Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience developing growth strategies for media companies, brands or creators.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in partner-facing roles, managing relationships with digital personalities and influencers.
- Understanding of the creator economy and helping partners succeed.
- Ability to achieve goals through strategic planning and execution.
Ability to communicate in Swedish or Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

In this partner-facing role, you will manage relationships with media companies and brands across Northern Europe, from our hub in Stockholm. You will have knowledge of and passion for the YouTube ecosystem, other major social media platforms, and the content creation process.

Responsibilities
- Develop individualized growth strategies for a portfolio of media companies, creator service providers and YouTube creators across the Northern European region, focusing on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, leveraging YouTube Analytics effectively.
- Foster excellent relationships with partners, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges.
- Guide partners on best practices for YouTube business generation, including ad business and alternative products (e.g., channel memberships, chat/stickers, shopping, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address partner needs.
