A midsize biotech : 200/250 people is creating its GLOBAL HR DIRECTOR POSITION supported by a team of 5 professionals.
Reporting directly to the CEO, he/she will:
design and implement the mid / long term international talent management strategy
develop a strong business support partnership will all departments and the subsidiaries
ensure the deployment and proper application of the HR policies with a strong focus on performance assessment, talent management and career development
manage the training plan, the employment conditions and contracts, the industrial relations, and if need be, disciplinary actions and work related litigations
instills the change management mindset linked to acquisitions and cultures integration
Be in charge of optimal on boarding programs and internal communication to foster business transformation
Frequent short business trips are to be expected
