Were looking for an HRBP to help RE&UP ramp up our HR activities in Eindhoven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes in alignment with Re & Ups strategic goals
- Take an active role in key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee experience
- Structure and execute HR processes in compliance with Dutch labor law and HR regulations
- Act as a liaison between the Netherlands and Turkey, taking an active role in situations requiring Turkish communication
What We Expect from You:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sectors
- Advanced proficiency in both Turkish and English
- Holds a valid residence or work permit in the Netherlands (or is able to manage the process)
- Willing to work in an international environment with strong cultural awareness
- A solution-oriented, communicative, and analytically minded team player
