WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations ensuring world-class service, efficiency, and brand excellence.
- Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve goals and bring our culture to life.
- Drive sales and KPIs through authentic storytelling, community connection, and teamwork.
- Ensure a premium customer journey from visual merchandising to service excellence.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
- Contribute ideas and energy as part of our new store leadership team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 18+ months of retail leadership experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sports.
- Confidence in leading people, driving results, and delivering standout customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and team development.
- Curious mindset open to learning, growing, and evolving.
- Passion for sport, sustainability, and the adidas brand.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
