We are currently looking for a Commissioning Managerfor our EPC Department based in Fano (PU). As Commissioning ManagerHe/She will support the Lead of commissioning department in bidpreparations and commissioning home office activities. Duringproject initial phase He/She will act as Commissioning Coordinator,analysing contract requirements and interface with BONATTI andclient completion team for completion system setup. Duringexecution phase, He/She will act as Commissioning Manager and/or ifnecessary support site commissioning structure during commissioningphase. Duties: Home Office Activities - Review and comment oftechnical annexes included in the contract; in case ofdiscrepancies, mistakes or deficiencies in the documents, develop alist of clarifications/comments to be submitted to the respectiveDiscipline Coordinator/Lead and subsequently to the PEM; - Preparethe applicable standards and technical specifications if they arenot included in the contract technical documentation; - Attendancein relevant meetings as kick off meeting and project reviewmeeting; - Prepare the Precom&Comm detailed planning; -Supervise the preparation of all the relevant documents and CMSdata base in order to guarantee the match of the contractualrequirements and the optimization of the execution sequence ofPRECOM & COM. - Ensure technical support during bidding phaseand men-hours estimation; - Review and finalize the detailed budgetfor precom&com - Interface with the Clients COM team and siteBONATTI structure Site Activities Support if necessary sitecommissioning structure or if necessary act as Commissioningmanager, in this case: - Constantly monitor with the Site Manager,Site Completion Coordinator & Quality Team the timelymechanical completion of the systems in order to comply theschedule of PCOM and COM of the systems. - Monitor and follow upthe availability of the personnel and equipment for a timelyexecution of the COM. - Manage the teams allocated to PCOM and COMactivities at site as well as the adequate use of needed equipment.- Manage subcontractors, if any, needed to perform PCOM and COMactivities at site. - Plan the attendance of Vendorsrepresentatives at site during PCOM and COM and monitor theirperformance in accordance with Vendors obligation. - Responsibleto perform the PCOM and COM activities in respect of the relevantbudget. - Check the skills of available manpower for PCOM and COMpurposes during the preparatory period at site. In case of need ofadditional specialized resources, He/She is in charge to define thepersonnels needs and to select them with the support of BNT localorganization. - Check the suitability and availability of all theequipment needed for the execution of PCOM and COM activities. Incase of additional needs, He/She will define the list of equipmentand will act with BNT local organization in order to procure them.- Prepare the Precomm&Comm final dossiers - Support the siteteam for red markup activities Requirements: - Degree inElectrical/Mechanical Engineering. - Experience of 15 years incommissioning documents preparation and site activities asCommissioning Manager in Oil&Gas plants. - Availability to workabroad if requested. - Fluent in English.
