Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an ITIL Process Consultant - Team Lead ? As an ITIL Process Consultant, you will analyze business needs and translate them into effective processes. You will also lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and realization of process improvements.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of operational best practices for service management processes.
- Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
- Defining process strategies and ensuring their understanding across all services.
- Ensuring processes are properly established, fit for purpose, and follow standard blueprints.
- Organizing process advisory and tactical meetings with stakeholders.
- Managing and optimizing the use of centralized, integrated toolsets.
- Establishing clear roles and responsibilities for process owners and controllers, and setting KPIs.
- Maintaining process documentation in the knowledge management system.
- Conducting process reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- A university degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management best practices, especially ITIL 4, IT4IT, and other frameworks.
- Experience in process delivery in complex, multi-tower, multi-site environments.
- Proven leadership skills, including team guidance and development.
- Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Certifications (at least one required):
- ITIL4 Managing Professional
- ITILv3 Intermediate/Expert/MACL
- IT4IT certification
- UML, BPMN 2.0, or OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)
