HR Speicalist JOB DESCRIPTION Acting as a key memberof HR Team and enhancing the value of HR practices in alignmentwith Zoomlions Global and Regional HR Strategies, ensuring thatpolicies and procedures are tracked and applied, revision andammending of Employee Handbook per the changes in local conditionsor labour laws; Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timelysubmission, approval, accuracy, and filing; Responsible forproviding HR guidance to all department managers and employeeswithin their defined scope, taking active role and full executionof the recruitment process ensuring that recruitment targets anddeadlines are met; (job ads, creating talent pipelines throughKariyer.net and LinkedIn, conducting phone screenings, creating andreporting shortlists, updating interview logs, arranging 2nd and3rd interviews with corporate office, giving feedback tocandidates, reference checking, sending job offers, etc.); Takingan active role in onboarding and offboarding, performancemanagement, talent management, and employee engagement, andinternal communication processes, support preparation of annual HRbudget, having strong expertise on all measures of labor cost,support gathering all monthly payroll data and ensure the payrollprocess is smoothly handled; Preparing HR relatedlocal/regional/global reports on time, dealing with all legalprocesses considering disciplinary cases, dismissals etc. inaccordance with the company lawyer; Leverage creative andinnovative ideas to ensure our organization finds and retains themost talented employees in the construction machinery industry,strengthen the position of Zoomlion as an attractive employer,ensuring that employee files are filed accordingly, up-to-date andcomplete; Supporting core HR processes (recognition & reward,training & development, performance management) through thelocal and global systems and processes, actively communicating withemployees to understand their organizational & physical needsand provide HR consultation on employee relations to enhance teamperformance, culture and diversity. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelorsdegree in human resources, business administration, industrialengineering or social sciences; Minimum 3 years of experience inHuman Resources; Having strong knowledge of local Labor Law; Advanced level of fluency in English is a must; Knowledgable andskilled in preparing payroll; Have solid knowledge of Recruitment(Competency-Based Interviews), Performance Management, TalentManagement, and Employer Branding; Excited to initiate, developand implement new HR practices; Excellent MS Office Skills,especially proficient in Excel; Display structured, strongplanning, and executing skills together with a can-do attitudeand a self-motivating way of working; Possess a positive attitudewhen looking for improvements and finding new opportunities is anatural part of your way of working.
