This is a pivotal position coordinating the SCM Central Planning for Visp. The scope includes Small Molecules and legacy Biologics. This role is accountable for securing strong SCM support to projects within scope. Lead the MPL team collaborating with project teams (PMs, MSAT, Ops) for VISP planning. Responsible for SCM of Buffer for the VISP site, excluding Visp buffer asset manufacturing outside Module P.

What youll do:

  1. Ensure Visp SCM road map alignment with site and corporate strategy.
  2. Drive the Program Management Office for Visp SCM, ensuring governance of all SCM projects and resource management.
  3. Represent Visp SCM in relation to Group operations and other functions impacting the Visp SCM road map or consuming resources from SCM.
  4. Ensure alignment within SCM programs and non-SCM projects impacting SCM, with effective communication within Visp and relevant group functions.
  5. Work closely with Visp SCM Operational Excellence to identify opportunities for cost reduction and monitor implementation with the site.
  6. Secure the cascade of strategic goals with yearly targets for the Visp SCM organization.

  1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent with extensive experience in end-to-end Supply Chain or SCM consulting.
  2. Experience with business transformation or strategic programs is advantageous.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and develop teams, and work across functions to drive transformation.
  4. Strategic thinking with attention to detail for strategy implementation.
  5. Experience leading Program Management Office or SCM Strategy organizations is a plus.
  6. Demonstrates courage and integrity in difficult conversations, fostering transparency and collaboration.
  7. Ability to build a collaborative, inclusive environment, and develop strong relationships with business partners.

Proficient in English (mandatory) and German (preferred, spoken and written).
