For one of our estimated clients, a Real estate developer & asset management company, we are looking for an Asset Manager (commercial real estate). You will supervise the portfolio on a commercial, financial, technical & administrative level

Your missions and responsibilities ?
- Supervise lease (re)negociation & financial metrics of the portoflio (cashflow, rentability, occupation rate...)
- Be the contact person for tenants and maintain relationships with brokers
- Collaborate with property coordinators to ensure the good tenue of buildings (administrative & technical overview-
- Maintain client relationships & contact in order to have a better flow of information & overall satisfaction
- Prospect (dis)investment opportunities & assist the investment/transaction Teams to follow-up on deal procedures
- Reporting to the higher management to ensure smooth operations
The perfect profile ?
- Degree in real estate, property management or finance
- +- 5 years in a similar role
- Good level in French and Dutch, and proficiency in english would be a plus
- Solid knowledge in commercial/corporate lease drafts & portfolio overview
- Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
