The Sales Enablement Specialist will beresponsible for working with the GTM team on aspects relating toonboarding, learning, coaching, and productivity. The role will aidin the acceleration of the productivity of our GTM organization byeffectively aligning people, processes, and priorities to buildrelevant learnings, content and programs. It will work closely withinternal stakeholders to ensure all business opportunities aremaximised while helping the sales team to navigate the salesprocess, hone their strategy and achieve their revenue targets. Youwill develop enablement plans, establish department goals, anddrive process improvements and ongoing training, specifically inthe following areas: - Content - Training & onboarding -Technology enablement - Processes We''re looking for someone whomust have: - Proven experience in a Sales Enablement role - must befluent in English - Proven track record in Sales Enablement at aleading B2B SaaS or Fintech company - Direct training experiencefor various large sales teams - Ability to build successful salesprograms - Outstanding coaching, communication, and presentationskills - Proficient in latest enablement trends, technologies,tactics, methodologies - Previous working experience in sales toolssuch as Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, Linkedin Sales Navigator,Seismic, etc. - Ability to work cross-functionally andcollaboratively with multiple stakeholders
