Nexeo is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for one of the leading banks in Belgium.

As an HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advising and coaching managers on HR policies, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Managing recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
- Developing training and career development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with Belgian labor laws and company policies.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
- Handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
Profile:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the banking sector.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
