We are currently assisting a client in their search for a Consultant to strengthen their Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium. This team serves as a Centre of Excellence within the global network. Depending on experience, they are looking for qualified individuals with solid expertise in one or more of the following key areas: Treasury Technology Transformation (Treasury Management Systems, Payment Factory Systems, Bank Connectivity/SWIFT, etc.) Cash & Liquidity Management Treasury Transaction Support (M&A, divestitures, etc.) Your Impact As a Consultant (Senior Associate), youll make an impact by taking on the following responsibilities: Contributing to strategic, operational, and process advice, as well as providing treasury support to clients dealing with complex treasury-related issues. Taking ownership of assigned tasks within projects, with a focus on continuous improvement of working methods and the quality of deliverables. Coaching and supervising junior staff to support their development. Developing and leading business development initiatives to maintain and grow the firms position in the treasury consulting market. About You You have: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, with ideally some exposure to the areas mentioned above, either in Corporate Treasury, with a leading Cash Management Bank, or at a System Vendor. A solid understanding of at least one of the following core service offerings: Treasury Technology Transformation (Treasury Systems, Payments, Bank Connectivity/SWIFT, etc.) Cash & Liquidity Management Treasury Transaction Support (M&A, divestitures, etc.) A passion for innovation in Finance & Treasury, including emerging technologies like Blockchain, RPA, and AI. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Fluency in English, with a preference for knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Proficiency in other European languages or an ACT certification (CertICM) would be an asset. A willingness to travel and work on international assignments.
