Youll play a key role in developing the partner ecosystem in the French market, selling into IT re-sellers who sell B2B SaaS tools to SMEs. This is a great opportunity to shape a newly-formed partnerships team within a well-funded tech scale-up.What Youll Do:Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners across the French-speaking marketOwn the full partner sales cycle from outreach to closingBuild and maintain strong, strategic relationships with reseller and implementation partnersAct as the main point of contact for partners, supporting their success through regular calls, product updates, and problem-solvingGather and relay feedback from partners and their customers to help refine the product and partnership approachCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teamsUpsell additional products and features based on partner and client needsWhat You Bring:34 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (full-cycle), ideally with exposure to partnerships or channel sales. Fluent in French and proficient in EnglishA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a drive to build things from scratchStrong communication and relationship-building skillsNice to Have:Experience selling into IT resellers, for a B2B SaaS company who provide tools for SMEs.Background in HR tech, payroll, or digital transformationPrevious work with SME clientsInterested?
