Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Energy SectorFunctieomschrijving - Design, implement, and manage compensationand benefits policies (salary bands, bonuses, insurance, flexiblebenefits). - Lead projects related to total rewards, ensuringstakeholder alignment and smooth execution. - Conduct internal andexternal benchmarking to support compensation strategy. - Ensurecompliance with Belgian labour laws and update policiesaccordingly. - Provide reports and analysis for resource planningand HR budgeting. - Manage daily benefits administration incollaboration with external partners. - Act as a point of contactfor employee questions and internal communication on reward topics.Profiel - Bachelor''s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or relatedfield. - Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation &benefits, with solid knowledge of Belgian employment law. - StrongExcel skills; Power BI is a plus. - Excellent analytical skills andattention to detail. - Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch. -Proactive, organised, and service-minded. - Comfortable working inan international, fast-changing environment.
