About the employer: The client is a global leader in business transformation and management through the use of technology. Responsibilities: provide technical support to end-users in both English and German (onsite or remotely), install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices) and software applications, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and enterprise applications, collaborate with international teams and assist German-speaking clients or colleagues with IT-related inquiries, ensure system and data security, backup procedures, and compliance with IT policies, document incidents, solutions, and user guides in both English and German, support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software implementations. Requirements: proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field, strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft Office applications, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory, familiarity with ITIL processes or service desk tools (e.G., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus, relevant certifications (e.G., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage, knowledge of Citrix - nice to have.
