Your application for this internship will be considered across 3 Digital Marketing/eCom focused internship roles within:
Digital Activation: This team leads the planning and execution of global digital campaigns, turning seasonal strategies into impactful market-level activations. They ensure a premium and consistent consumer experience across all digital touchpoints. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they manage campaign rollouts, brief content teams, and track performance to drive optimization. With end-to-end ownership, the team plays a key role in bringing adidas brand and product stories to life digitally.
Performance Media and Brand Planning: this team work together to drive the full conversion journey through media. Brand Planning leads upper-funnel efforts to build awareness and emotional connection, while Performance Media focuses on lower-funnel tactics that drive sales and conversions. The mid-funnel is a shared space, aimed at generating consideration for adidas products across all sports, ranges, and European markets.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): The SEO team is a cross-functional unit dedicated to maximizing organic search visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and supporting revenue growth. The team works in alignment with Brand, PR, DVM, CX, and technology stakeholders to integrate SEO best practices across the business.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student focused on Business, eCommerce, Digital, Media Studies, Communications or similar
- Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Understanding of the ecommerce environment
- A digital native comfortable working in digital-first environments.
- Structured, organised and process-oriented, with an analytical mindset
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written

ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (should have max one year to graduate after internship)
- Available from March 2025 to September 2025
- Local to Amsterdam or able to relocate for the full duration
