Join to apply for the Retail Planner role at Golden Goose.We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.The candidate will join the Merchandising team, located in Milan.The Retail Planner will play a key role in optimizing the performance of our global retail network. Working closely with Merchandising, Retail, and Supply Chain teams, you will be responsible for sales forecasting, stock management, and strategic product allocation to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. This role is fundamental in supporting business growth and maintaining brand excellence across our stores.Main Responsibilities:Analyze retail performance (sell-through, sales trends, stock levels) to support decision-making and maximize profitability.Monitor and manage store inventory levels across regions to ensure optimal stock coverage and product availability.Build and maintain sales and inventory plans by store, category, and collection.Support the merchandising team in defining seasonal buying budgets and product assortments based on data and business insights.Partner with Merchandise Allocation and Retail Customer Service teams.Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs and support the retail and merchandising teams with actionable insights.Participate in forecasting and planning processes for new store openings and key commercial moments.Collaborate with regional teams to understand local performance and needs, ensuring alignment with global strategies.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Management, or related fields.24 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising planning, or business analysis, ideally in the fashion/luxury industry.Strong analytical and numerical skills; attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, or similar).Business-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.Fluency in English.We are an equal opportunity employer and passionately believe that our strength lies in peoples uniqueness.
