About the Role: We are looking for ahighly motivated Field Account Executive based in Italy to join ourgrowing team! The ideal candidate has a passion for expandingnetworks of partnerships and can effectively communicate thebenefits of our Radical platform to local shop owners.Responsibilities: - Identify and visit potential partners of theRadical company, including: local shops, bars, bistros, and hotels- Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique featuresof the Radical platform - Negotiate and sign agreements with localshop owners to have them on board as luggage storage locations onthe Radical platform - Achieve individual targets and contribute tooverall team goals - Provide ongoing support and account managementto local shops to ensure a positive experience on the Radicalplatform Qualifications: - Based in Naples or nearby; - Holder ofself-employer number or willing to get one; - Ability to workindependently and manage a high volume of daily visits to localshops; - Proficiency in English; - Willing to travel to differentcities in Liguria; - Previous experience in acquiring partnerships;- Excellent standing, communication and interpersonal skills; -Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
