Pramac, part of the thirdgroup in the world in the production of diesel and gas generators,is looking for an Application Engineer for Data Center to join ourTeam. Directly reporting to the Application Engineering Manager, isa key technical resource responsible for supporting the globalsales team and ensuring customer satisfaction by providinginnovative, reliable solutions for data center projects. This rolefocuses on driving the technical evaluation and selection processacross all regions while collaborating with sales, engineering, andsupport teams to ensure the successful delivery of integrated datacenter solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Technical and economical proposals - Lead technical discussionswith clients to understand their specific requirements, - Provideexpert consultation and guidance to customers on optimal productselection and system configuration. - Work with internalengineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet clientspecifications and align with industry standards. - Support theglobal sales team by providing technical expertise during thepre-sales phase, from initial inquiries through to proposalpreparation. - Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations,and provide cost-benefit analyses - Prepare and present detailedtechnical proposals, system specifications, and productdocumentation for data center projects. - Work closely with projectmanagement, engineering, and field installation teams to ensuresmooth deployment and integration of Pramacs solutions intocustomer data centers. - Stay up to date with the latest trends,technologies, and best practices in the data center market -Monitor competitor offerings and market demands, providing feedbackto the product development teams to enhance Pramacs productportfolio and maintain competitive positioning. - Identify emergingopportunities and gaps in the data center market, recommendingstrategic solutions for Pramacs growth. - Share best practices,lessons learned, and customer feedback with internal teams toenhance product development and customer satisfaction. Knowledge: -Knowledge of industry regulations and energy standards. - Fluent inEnglish; knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Excellentknowledge of the Office package. - High technical knowledge of theproduct.
