The roadmap focuses, among other things, on the setupof production sites, the implementation of a new ERP and MES system(SAP) at these sites, and the optimization of the organization(business processes, roles, etc.). Project teams collaborateclosely within and across different tracks to achieve the overallobjectives in a coherent manner. As a Solution Business Architect,you will be part of one or more project teams and contribute to thedevelopment and optimization of the business processes andapplication landscape within the Production area. In addition, youwill take on a cross-project role, translating the enterprisearchitecture into concrete solution architectures. Together withthe enterprise architects, you will monitor the realization of thevalidated architecture and, when necessary, adjust either theimplementation or the architecture itself. Your responsibilitiesInitiating projects to produce initial validated project briefs andhanding them over to the Project Manager and project team when theproject definition phase begins Developing the businessarchitecture content from the enterprise architecture throughin-depth business analysis with a project/milestone-driven focus,so the impact of the chosen strategy becomes clear and the businesscan make informed decisions Involving business stakeholders in theanalysis and validation of proposed solutions Aligning the businessarchitecture content with the IT solution architecture, andcommunicating both in alignment with the IT Solution Architect tothe project team, ensuring focused delivery of the intendedbusiness solution Safeguarding the business architecture duringproject/program execution Coaching and sharing knowledge withothers performing business analysis, process analysis, orfunctional analysis roles within projects Expected outputs (notexhaustive) Develop solution business architecture aligned withbusiness milestones, based on the strategic framework andenterprise architecture Project briefs that clearly define scope,cost, timeline, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and resourcedemands High-level and detailed business requirements analyses withorganizational, process, and IT impact Document and update thedeliverables/artifacts expected by the organization Languages: ENG+ Dutch On site policy: 2 days onsite
