We are looking for a motivated Bar Manager to join ourpre-opening team. The role will report to the Director of Food& Beverage. Conveniently located adjacent to Rome TerminiStation and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room HyattRegency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offeringpremium business services and one of Italys most dazzling leisurerooftop experiences. The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food& beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. Mainduties and responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate dailyoperations across all bar outlets. - Ensure a visible presence onthe floor during peak times, supporting and guiding the team. -Enforce consistent application of SOPs and P&Ps in drinkpreparation, service delivery and cleanliness. - Design and updatebeverage menus for all bars, aligned with brand identity,seasonality and guest preference. - Create and maintain recipecards with precise specifications and cost analysis. - Supportbeverage menu development in Restaurant, IRD, Banquets and Events.- Stay up to date with market trends and innovations and translateinto practical offerings. - Collaborate with Executive Chef andRestaurant Manager on pairing concepts and food synergy. - Leadmenu engineering initiatives, price calculation and marginoptimization. - Champion service excellence and personalized guestinteractions. - Handle guest feedback with care, providingimmediate recovery and follow-up when required. - Promote anengaging, welcoming bar atmosphere in all outlets. - Hire, trainand coach bar team members in service standards, mixologytechniques and brand philosophy and conduct regular skillsassessments and performance evaluations. - Organize weekly/monthlytraining sessions, including wine & spirit tastings, cocktailworkshops, and guest experience modules. - Motivate the teamthrough clear communication, role modeling and consistent feedback.- Enforce health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards in allbeverage operations. - Conduct monthly beverage inventories incoordination with the Restaurant Manager. Skills and requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an upscaleor luxury hotel - Fluent in Italian and English (spoken andwritten) - Strong background in mixology and beverage operations -Excellent leadership and team-building skills - Knowledge of costcontrol, beverage engineering, market trends and premium brands -Proficiency with Simphony POS. - Available to work flexible shifts,weekends and holidays - Physically able to stand for extended hoursand lift up to 25kg What we offer - A stimulating and collaborativework environment in a 5 star hotel. - Opportunities forprofessional growth and development. - Competitive salary package.- Room discounts are available worldwide within the Hyattportfolio.
